To make a provisional booking call the Centre on 01887 866231 or email email@example.com to check that the dates you require are available and to request a provisional booking.
Please note that weekend bookings are only accepted for a minimum of two nights.

Confirm your booking by returning the booking form within 15 days with the non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total cost of accommodation. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Full payment is due at the time of your visit, when an invoice will be raised to include accommodation, activity costs, equipment hire and any damages.
Cancellations made with less than 1 month’s notice will incur a charge of 100% of accommodation fees.
Payments by cheque should be made payable to “The Scout Association SHQ”. Credit card payments may be made by phone but will incur a surcharge.
